You set roles, country and filters, and get a notification about new matching jobs in the app, by email or in Telegram. - **Evaluate**: Every job gets a match score from 0 to 100 based on your experience, skills, salary and location. You see at a glance which roles are worth your time and which to skip, with the reasons behind every score. - **Tailor**: For every job, the service adapts your CV and writes a cover letter to match its requirements. Your experience stays truthful, only the emphasis changes. - **Company & people**: Company research shows how big it is, how it is growing and which teams are the largest, so you have something to write about. Applying on the site is not the only way in. Message a recruiter directly, or find the hiring manager and people from the right team. - **Write**: Through the people from the previous step you get in by networking. The service drafts messages for LinkedIn (up to 300 characters) and for email. Nothing is sent without your confirmation, and you can connect Outlook.com. - **Prepare**: A quiz on the job and on the company: questions taken from the posting and from the company research. Mostly Europe, plus remote jobs worldwide: Poland, Ukraine, Germany, the UK, the Nordics, the Netherlands, France and more. You see the jobs that can hire someone in your country. ### Does the service apply for me? No. Not a single application or message goes out without your click. We prepare the CV, the cover letter and the message, and you send them: one click on Send from your own Outlook mailbox, or by hand. The Chrome extension fills in an application form, then stops for you to check every answer and send it. ### Where do people's contacts come from? From the job ad itself and from public data about the company's recruiters and team. The contacts you find are saved privately for you. ### Which job sources do you use? 32 job boards and aggregators, plus the career portals of 5,900+ companies.
