Why I built this
I'm a project manager with 10+ years of delivery work. After more than 200 applications, it was clear where the time really goes: reading postings that rule you out on line 40, clicking links to jobs that have already closed, and rewriting the same CV by hand.
So I built the tool I wanted: one place that finds the jobs, tells me honestly which ones fit, and helps me reach a real person instead of an applicant tracking system.
