How paying works
- Plans and top-ups are bought in the app, on the Plan and carrots page, after you sign in.
- Payments are handled by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd), our reseller and merchant of record: Paddle takes the payment, adds the VAT for your country and sends your receipt and invoice.
- A plan renews every month on the day you bought it. Cancel any time in Manage subscription; you keep the plan until the end of the month you paid for.
- You have 14 days to withdraw from an order: see withdrawal, refunds and complaints in the terms.
